Information relating to delivery and returns
Please place your order on our website and we will process this once we have received payment.. We ship most items to customers within 48 hours of the order being received. Some items including special order and / or larger items will be longer. If there is a longer delay anticipated with your item we will contact you either by email or by telephone using the details you gave us when placing the order
We will ship using either Royal Mail or a Courier Service (UPS is our preferred carrier). When we are using a courier service we will email you with a tracking number for you to check where your parcel is. Delivery will normally take place within 48 hours of the shipment being sent out to you. Please register your details on our site to gain access to your account to track your delivery status as we process your order.
Your delivery from us will be carefully picked and packed to avoid discrepancies and damages. In the unlikely event that you receive your delivery and there is something broken please email us within 24 hours of receipt to sales@babycottage.com giving us full details of the issues. If possible, please take a photograph of any damage and email this to us at the same time. We will endeavour to investigate with our carriers the issues you raise with us and to resolve things to your satisfaction.
Delivery charges - we have a flat delivery fee of £3.99 per order. If your order value is over £50 then you automatically qualify for FREE SHIPPING. This will be displayed for you at the checkout pages. International shipment charges will vary and are charged based on weight and destination. We always choose the best method of shipment to keep our costs low and consequently our prices to you can remain low too.
